A new survey finds that 24% of U.S. streaming users think Netflix has worsened over the past year, although it still remains the top choice. The shift comes after the streaming service has cracked down on password sharing and continues to receive criticism for its original films.

Over a third of users say streaming services are becoming less worth the money or not at all worth it, and 30% are unhappy with the crackdown on password sharing.

Apple TV+ scored the worst, with only 3% of streamers saying they would choose the service as their first pick.
